5. Payment Terms

All intellectual property rights in our services, software, and documentation remain with Ignivox Tech Private Limited. Custom developments may have shared or transferred IP rights as specified in individual agreements.

7. Data Protection & Privacy

We are committed to protecting your data in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Personal Data Protection Bill. We implement industry-standard security measures including AES-256 encryption and secure data handling practices.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by Indian law. We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in question.

9. Compliance & Regulatory

Our services are designed to comply with Indian regulations including: • Information Technology Act, 2000 • Companies Act, 2013 • Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations • Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines where applicable • Industry-specific compliance requirements

10. Service Level Agreements

Service availability, response times, and support levels are defined in individual Service Level Agreements (SLAs). We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our managed services and provide 24/7 support for critical systems.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, we will assist with data migration and provide necessary documentation for a smooth transition.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

13. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or other force majeure events.

14. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these terms with reasonable notice. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
